Call and text customers with Twilio

Databases
Make phone calls, send and receiving text messages
Overview

The Twilio integration connects Jet Admin to your Twilio account, so you can send SMS messages, trigger voice calls, and review communication logs directly from a Jet Admin app. It's a fit for teams that use Twilio for notifications, verification codes, or customer outreach.

Once connected, Twilio activity can be joined to records in your own database, scoped by role, and tracked in the audit log — so every message or call sent through Jet Admin is tied to the customer or workflow it belongs to.
